Assistant E‑Commerce Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant E‑Commerce Marketing Manager will support the Senior Marketing Manager in driving traffic, conversion and revenue for Goldheart Jewelry and Lee Hwa Jewellery across owned digital channels and marketplace platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute e‑commerce campaigns, promotions and product launches on brand websites, iShopChangi and marketplace platforms.
• Ensure timely setup, optimisation and post‑campaign analysis for all digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to create promotional banners, product pages, media placements and in‑app advertising.
• Write and update product descriptions to maintain engaging storytelling.
• Track and analyse traffic, conversion, revenue and ROI; prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor store performance and recommend UX, merchandising and layout improvements.
• Support affiliate marketing, livestreaming, social media content and other digital marketing activities.
• Assist with CRM initiatives, onsite merchandising and UI optimisation to boost engagement and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with e‑commerce platform partners and coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners for smooth campaign delivery.
