Assistant Engineer – East (On‑Job Training)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Engineer to join our security inspection solutions team in the East region of Singapore. This on‑job training (OJT) position offers hands‑on experience supporting senior engineers in maintenance, repair, and installation tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with the maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues, propose solutions, and perform routine troubleshooting.
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, project status, and any delays.
• Follow company safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties and other engineering‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
