About the role

The Assistant Engineer will support the Construction Manager and Project Manager on utilities diversion projects, primarily focusing on sewer diversion for PUB initiatives. This full‑time position involves on‑site work across various civil engineering tasks and occasional night‑shift duties.

Key responsibilities

Report to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
Carry out utilities diversion works, especially sewer diversion, for PUB projects.
Perform ERSS works, grouting, pipe jacking, tunnel and permanent structure tasks.
Participate in night‑shift rotations on a weekly roster.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience on civil projects.
Preferably 1 year experience on LTA or PUB projects.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
