About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Assistant Infant Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment for newborns and infants across Singapore. You will work closely with caregivers and parents to support each child's holistic development.

Key responsibilities

Create a secure and comforting space that promotes infants' well‑being and development.
Apply the 3Rs (Respect, Reciprocal, Responsive) approach to build trusting relationships with infants and their families.
Assist in delivering age‑appropriate, stimulating activities that foster cognitive, physical, and emotional growth.
Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols to protect infant health.
Communicate transparently with parents and actively participate in family‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

Minimum Diploma in any field.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
At least 2 years of hands‑on experience caring for newborns or infants.
