Assistant Manager – Communications & Branding

About the role

The College of Engineering at NTU is looking for a digitally‑savvy Assistant Manager to drive multi‑platform storytelling. You will work closely with the Head of Communications & Branding to shape how research, people and impact are presented through clean design and engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for web, social media, print and campaign materials, ensuring consistency with NTU brand guidelines.
• Maintain and enhance the College website, applying UI/UX principles, SEO, accessibility and mobile‑responsive best practices.
• Manage the social media calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, creating platform‑native graphics and short‑form videos.
• Translate complex research and faculty stories into clear, accessible digital content, including web copy, newsletters and campaign copy.
• Monitor analytics, derive insights and continuously improve content strategy and performance.

Required profile

• Strong visual and UX sensibility with an eye for detail.
• Curiosity about engineering, emerging technologies and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work with college heads, communication officers and other stakeholders.
