About the role
The Assistant Manager, Facility & Admin will oversee the Singapore headquarters’ facilities, risk assessment and office administration functions. You will ensure compliance with government regulations, health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain facilities, risk assessment, administration and reception services to achieve service excellence for all stakeholders.
- Plan and execute scheduled maintenance, renovation and project works, ensuring timely completion.
- Supervise external FM technical staff and specialists, coordinating landscape, pest control, grease interceptor, laboratory, building, M&E, security, fire safety and A&A works.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and statutory requirements, preparing tender specifications and managing post‑contract and renovation projects.
- Monitor waste collection data and implement measures to meet recycling targets.
- Attend mandatory FM meetings and review monthly reports on energy, water, facility usage and vendor performance, presenting findings to client representatives.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly and propose feasible solutions.
Required profile
- University degree in Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in facility management or a comparable role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in vendor management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Self‑starter with a proactive attitude toward quality and standards.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
