Assistant Manager / Manager – CEFA Programme

About the role

The Assistant Manager/Manager will support the Centre Director in driving CEFA’s strategic and operational objectives. This role focuses on developing financing programmes, managing stakeholder relationships, and building enterprise capability in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver courses that enhance enterprise financing capabilities.
• Organise thematic financing events, such as forums and networking sessions, to connect businesses with investors and venture capitalists.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Collaborate with external vendors to develop online learning resources and maintain the CEFA website.
• Prepare performance reports, respond to senior management queries, and support programme evaluation.
• Conduct research on local and global financing trends, analyse feedback, and generate actionable insights.
• Communicate new financing initiatives and government support schemes to enterprises.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with client enterprises and liaise with internal and external partners for branding and outreach.
• Contribute to the development of CEFA’s SOPs and support cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (preferred).
• Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
