Assistant Manager / Manager, Distribution Strategy - Financial Advisory

About the role

This is an opportunity to join the Distribution Strategy team and help shape the performance and strategic direction of the financial advisory distribution business. You will turn business and performance insights into actionable recommendations and drive strategic initiatives that support the growth of distribution channels. The role offers broad exposure across the business, with close collaboration with senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders, and hands-on experience across strategy, analytics and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and analyze key distribution performance metrics, providing timely and actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Track and evaluate sales campaigns and initiatives, identifying ways to improve performance and effectiveness.
• Drive improvements in performance reporting through digital tools, automation and more effective use of data.
• Lead or support strategic projects aligned with the department's and organization's priorities.
• Partner with senior leadership, internal teams and external stakeholders to align and execute key initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science or another relevant quantitative discipline.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, management consulting or a related field.
• Good understanding of insurance and financial-services concepts, able to turn data into business insights.
• The appointment level (Assistant Manager or Manager) depends on experience.

Required skills

• Strong analytical capability, handling and interpreting large datasets in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: experience in strategy, business performance management, analytics or project management.
• Preferred: hands-on experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
