Assistant Manager / Manager – Group Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to lead Group Consolidation and Reporting during a period of change and growth. The role combines strong technical finance capabilities with a proactive mindset, adaptability, and a willingness to improve processes and drive automation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly and annual Group consolidation and reporting, including journals, intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, hedge accounting schedules and support year‑end audit and Annual Report preparation.
• Produce management reporting packs, financial analysis and support SGX results announcements and Board reporting.
• Update accounting policies, assess new SFRS/IFRS requirements and liaise with external auditors.
• Support Group budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash‑flow information and management reports.
• Identify and implement improvements in Oracle/Hyperion and other finance systems, focusing on automation, data quality and controls.
• Collaborate with finance teams across subsidiaries, providing guidance on consolidation, reporting and accounting, and mentor junior members.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including Group consolidation, listed‑company reporting and Oracle/Hyperion.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS/IFRS, consolidation, audit and financial reporting.
