Assistant Manager / Manager, Marketing & Communications

About the role

The Progressive Wage Mark Administration Office is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to lead integrated marketing, communications and outreach initiatives. You will drive the 3E (Enable, Elevate, Empower) campaign, promote employer engagement, and position PWMAO as a gateway to enterprise and workforce transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies for PWMAO and One WDD initiatives.
• Implement the 3E campaign, guiding employers through the Diagnose → Decide → Act → Scale journey anchored on EWTP.
• Plan and deliver outreach roadshows, workshops, and flagship platforms to raise awareness of workforce transformation programmes.
• Develop sector‑focused marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels.
• Create and curate compelling content such as EDMs, newsletters, social media posts, employer stories and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate communications with vendors, MOM, TAFEP and ecosystem partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support lead generation, qualification and routing of employers into EWTP and cross‑WDD programmes.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics and optimise outreach effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in integrated marketing and communications, preferably within a public‑sector or accreditation context.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate with government agencies, partners and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for creating visually engaging content.
• Analytical mindset to track, evaluate and improve campaign outcomes.
