Assistant Manager / Manager, People Operations & Workforce Insights

About the role

We are seeking a driven HR professional to join our People Operations & Analytics team. You will own the delivery of high‑quality, scalable people operations for our Singapore office and regional teams, blending operational rigor with a strong focus on employee experience, compliance and workforce insights.

Key responsibilities

• People Operations: Deliver accurate, timely HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and managers.
• HR Systems & Enablement: Manage Workday transactions, improve data accuracy, drive system adoption and create clear self‑service content.
• Employee Experience & Insights: Provide responsive HR support, reduce friction at key touchpoints and translate feedback into service improvements.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure operations are audit‑ready, compliant with employment legislation, internal policies and data‑privacy requirements; act as Centre of Excellence for Employee Relations.
• Expatriate & Mobility Management: Oversee immigration, work passes, relocation, housing and vendor coordination for smooth mobility experiences.
