Assistant Manager, Outreach & Admissions

About the role

The Assistant Manager, Outreach & Admissions supports Nanyang Business School in building brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the admissions process for its graduate programmes. Reporting to the Manager of Graduate Studies, the role works closely with Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions teams to achieve enrolment targets and enhance the applicant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing dynamic marketing plans for new master’s programmes to meet recruitment objectives.
• Manage multi‑channel campaigns across local and international markets, tracking effectiveness and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies on media buys, SEM, social media and content creation (social posts, EDMs, blogs).
• Generate marketing analytics reports and provide strategic market insights.
• Plan and execute events such as fairs, coffee chats, masterclasses and info sessions to build pipelines.
• Design and run digital lead‑engagement campaigns, nurturing prospects through timely communications.
• Administer application processing, scholarship information and admission interviews, ensuring a positive applicant journey.
