Assistant Manager, Partnership Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead partnership‑driven demand generation initiatives. You will coordinate co‑marketing campaigns with external partners, ensuring they align with our seasonal and thematic calendar and drive both base and amplified demand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute co‑marketing campaigns across partner channels (CRM, digital, social, offline) in line with key business periods.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and rollout for multiple partners while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Translate internal priorities into clear partner requests such as feature placements, CRM pushes, and co‑funded amplification.
• Adapt campaign formats to fit partner platforms and identify opportunities to extend reach beyond base commitments.
• Leverage partner databases and content ecosystems to increase incremental reach and awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor assets for partner‑specific formats and manage versioning across markets.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) and consolidate results to evaluate partner contribution.
• Coordinate closely with Sales & Marketing and other business units to ensure seamless alignment.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, activations, brand or experiential campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the attractions, tourism or destination marketing sector.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and critical thinking.
• Detail‑oriented project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Self‑driven, able to lead and motivate team members in a fast‑paced environment.
