Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Outreach (Undergraduate Programs)

About the role

The Nanyang Business School’s Undergraduate Programme Office is seeking an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to lead its outreach initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Programmes, you will design and execute recruitment strategies that attract high‑quality students from junior colleges, polytechnics, international schools and overseas partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement undergraduate outreach and recruitment plans for local and international markets.
• Analyse market trends, applicant insights and competitor activity to shape new recruitment strategies.
• Organise and deliver information sessions, webinars and open‑house events both locally and abroad.
• Manage green‑harvesting activities, international market engagement, and collaborations with junior colleges and polytechnics.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless applicant‑to‑student journey.
• Support the Assistant Director in outreach planning, tracking conversion data and reporting outcomes.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline; Business or Marketing preferred.
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in a higher‑education institution.
• Creative mindset with ability to design engaging activities and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project‑management capability, able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for outreach events.
• Goal‑oriented and enthusiastic about connecting with prospective students.
