Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Alumni Engagement

About the role

The incumbent will support the Alumni Engagement Team at the College of Computing and Data Science (CCDS), strengthening relationships with alumni, coordinating events, and enhancing communication with students and alumni.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and support events together with the CCDS Alumni Association.
• Facilitate meetings with relevant alumni stakeholders.
• Plan, organise and provide support for student and alumni activities and events.
• Manage news write‑ups and social media platforms to enhance engagement.
• Serve as a point of contact to build enduring relationships with the CCDS Alumni Association and individual alumni.
• Address alumni enquiries and coordinate engagement opportunities.
• Design and implement comprehensive alumni engagement strategies aligned with college interests.
• Assess alumni interests, create metrics, and propose improvements.
• Conduct After Action Reviews on all alumni events.
• Establish and improve SOPs for events, budgeting and responsibilities.
• Maintain and update the Alumni SharePoint for accurate documentation.
• Provide support across departmental tasks and coordinate logistics for events.
• Monitor departmental budget, review fund utilisation and recommend purchases.
