Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – Office Relocation & Facilities Management

About the role
Join the Office Management Section within the Corporate Services Division and lead the office relocation and renovation programme. You will coordinate tender processes, manage contractors, and ensure a smooth transition to the new workspace while maintaining day‑to‑day facility operations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tender invitations, evaluate bids and award contracts for renovation goods and services.
- Oversee the physical move, including logistics planning, asset disposal, tagging, and reinstatement of workstations.
- Monitor contractor performance, identify and rectify defects during the defect‑liability period.
- Support daily facilities operations, ensuring maintenance schedules and contract terms are adhered to.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Required profile
- Knowledge of building, facilities management, engineering or quantity surveying concepts.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and M&E drawings.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
