About the role
SingHealth is looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to manage transformational improvement projects aligned with the hospital's strategy. The role uses operations analytics and streamlined work processes, works with stakeholders to achieve agreed goals, and applies methods such as Lean, Six Sigma and PDSA.
Key responsibilities
- Manage improvement projects using operations analytics and process streamlining
- Work with stakeholders to achieve agreed goals and objectives
- Facilitate quality improvement workshops
- Assist the Manager in maintaining the systems and governance of quality improvement projects
- Oversee secretariat duties for the hospital's Quality Network as part of portfolio rotation
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or healthcare-related studies
- At least 2 years of related experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience implementing operational improvement initiatives preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and writing skills
- Excellent analytical skills
