Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, System (2-Year Contract)

About the role

NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) is recruiting a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, System for its System team in western Singapore. The role supports and independently manages assigned healthcare information system workstreams, covering requirements gathering, user access and access governance, system support, reporting and stakeholder coordination across NGEMR, disease registries and population health management tools. It also involves supporting system rollouts, enhancements, testing and user adoption. The position is a 2-year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and maintain documentation for system enhancements and new implementations
• Administer user access provisioning and deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID and M365 systems in line with security frameworks and AIAM protocols
• Support access governance, periodic access reviews, audits and compliance across healthcare systems
• Monitor system performance metrics and provide first-line technical support to healthcare clusters, coordinating escalations when needed
• Generate reports using Epic tools (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) and assist in data validation for disease registries and population health metrics
• Support system rollout projects, coordinate user training and support user acceptance testing
• Maintain communication logs, follow up on outstanding requests and support population health analytics projects

Required profile

• Degree from a recognized university with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare information systems, business analysis, system implementation, user access governance or digital health is advantageous
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic medical record systems
• Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
