Assistant Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager will lead the hotel’s external communications, focusing on food & beverage, spa, weddings, MICE, and China market strategies. This role ensures the hotel’s brand is effectively promoted across print, broadcast, and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media relations, press releases, advisories, and promotional calendars.
• Create and manage content for advertising, public relations, social media, email, and digital marketing.
• Coordinate hotel events, site inspections, and post‑visit communications to boost brand recall.
• Maintain the Corporate Identity Manual and image library.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce collateral such as press kits, sales kits, brochures, and stationery.
• Manage printing and vendor relationships for marketing materials.
• Work with internal departments to support tactical promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality marketing communications.
• Familiarity with F&B, spa, wedding, MICE, and China market initiatives.
• Strong ability to plan and execute comprehensive communications strategies.
