Assistant Mechanical Engineer – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Mechanical Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment across Singapore. You will work on‑site, ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and operates efficiently for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, modify, troubleshoot, repair, and service a variety of commercial kitchen appliances.
• Provide on‑site technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow manufacturer manuals to complete tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with appliance standards and the Health and Safety Act.
• Submit daily work reports and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
• Operate a commercial vehicle with a valid driver’s licence and maintain a good driving record.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial kitchen equipment or a similar industry.
• Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime on Sundays and public holidays.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.
• Ability to follow written and oral technical instructions accurately.
