Assistant Mechanical Engineer (Junior)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Mechanical Engineer to join our design and engineering team. You will support the development of mechanical systems and assist in creating detailed component designs for our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Design and Engineering team in developing mechanical systems.
• Assist in the design of mechanical components and prepare technical drawings, layouts, and diagrams.
• Produce and update 2‑D and 3‑D CAD models using AutoCAD and related software.
• Help with project planning, bill of material preparation and review technical specifications for materials and parts.
• Maintain engineering records, drawings and reports.
• Participate in project meetings as required.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with 2‑D and 3‑D CAD drafting.
• Familiarity with design software such as SolidWorks or Inventor is an advantage.

What we offer

• Permanent position with a competitive salary range SGD 2,500‑3,500 per month.
• Variable performance bonus.
• Standard working hours: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.
