Assistant Product Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Assistant Product Marketing Manager to support marketing and brand management activities, including advertising, promotions, POSM creation, PR, product launches and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement 360° integrated marketing communications campaigns for the product portfolio (ATL/BTL, campaign materials, POSM production) and channel marketing.
• Deliver campaigns on time, meeting agreed KPIs.
• Manage agency partners for campaigns, events and product launches.
• Ensure brand and image consistency across all communications.
• Plan and execute consumer and trade events, promotions and third‑party collaborations.
• Handle marketing budget planning, quotation and invoice management.
• Analyse campaign performance, produce weekly and monthly reports and optimise efficiencies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including product management, digital, PR and corporate marketing teams, to align strategies.
• Serve as point of contact for branch offices on product/brand marketing matters.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience working with external suppliers and agencies.
• High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.
