About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Production Manager to coordinate and schedule video and photo shoots, working closely with sales teams and clients to deliver high‑quality visual content on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and schedule video and photo shoots, ensuring all logistics are covered.
- Liaise with salespersons and clients to understand project goals, timelines, and requirements.
- Monitor project costs and keep expenses within approved limits.
- Align creative direction with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Prioritise and assign tasks to crew members according to project timelines.
- Ensure crew members respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Review and approve drafts before they are submitted to clients.
- Deliver final files on schedule, meeting quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel overseas for up to five days per assignment.
- Strong visual sense for photography and videography.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MacOS.
- Experience using Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro and Capcut.
- Familiarity with AI‑based applications for creative workflows.
