About the role
The National University of Singapore seeks an Assistant Professor to join its Department of Mechanical Engineering. The role involves leading research initiatives and delivering high‑quality teaching to undergraduate and graduate students.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct independent and collaborative research in mechanical engineering areas.
- Design and prepare course materials, including syllabi, handouts, assignments, and examinations.
- Develop and deliver lectures and tutorials on mechanical engineering topics.
- Provide student outreach, mentorship, and academic advising.
Required profile
- PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 10,000 to SGD 15,000.
