Assistant Project Engineer (ACMV)

About the role

DLM Pte Ltd is hiring an Assistant Project Engineer for its Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) projects in Singapore. The role supports the management and execution of projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget, safety and quality standards, and works closely with the Project Manager through all stages of the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification
• Ability to support project schedules, budgets and resource coordination
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams

Required skills

• Basic understanding of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations and ductwork layouts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant HVAC design or drafting software
• Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail
