Assistant Project Manager - Corporate Real Estate & Workplace

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries and majority-owned by CBRE Group, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for its corporate real estate and workplace practice in Singapore. The role supports the delivery of project management services throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support project support and coordination: conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking, and establish and maintain project documentation and reporting systems
• Help develop and update detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor project progress and performance indicators, manage change control and keep accurate change logs
• Draft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants, attend project meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes
• Support communication between internal and external teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in project management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus
