Assistant Project Manager - Fit-Out Projects

About the role

JLL's Project & Development Services team is hiring an Assistant Project Manager in Singapore. You will work alongside Project Managers and project teams to support the delivery of workplace and commercial fit-out projects, from planning through completion, across Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial and Corporate Workplace environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support project coordination across fit-outs, refurbishments, reinstatement works and operational project environments
• Coordinate vendors, consultants, contractors, landlords and stakeholders across multiple ongoing projects
• Support project scheduling and reporting, and assist with tender and procurement coordination
• Monitor project progress and documentation, and support stakeholder meetings and project updates
• Support project administration and coordination, keeping projects on agreed timelines and budgets

Required profile

• Prior exposure to project coordination, project delivery, facilities, construction, fit-out, consultancy or contractor environments
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field and/or experience in project coordination, construction, facilities, design, interiors or built-environment fields
• Experience supporting workplace, commercial office fit-out, refurbishment or operational projects is beneficial
• Exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, procurement support, reporting or contractor coordination is also valuable
