Assistant Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of IT projects for our clients in Singapore. You will act as a bridge between clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly from initiation to post‑implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate overall project performance, liaising with clients and suppliers throughout implementation.
• Respond to client emails and queries, managing expectations on scope and deliverables.
• Plan, organize and monitor multiple projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Attend project meetings, capture actions and execute plans accordingly.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external teams.
• Prepare, track and manage project deliverables against requirements, schedule and scope.
• Support customers before, during and after project rollout.

Required profile

• Strong interest in project implementation and delivery.
• Highly self‑motivated, result‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Diploma, preferably in an IT‑related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer‑care skills.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation habits.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
