Assistant Relationship Manager

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Business Banking team in delivering innovative financial solutions to small and micro‑enterprises across Southeast Asia. Working closely with Relationship Managers, you will help ensure smooth client onboarding, documentation, and ongoing service for our SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and client‑service support to Relationship Managers handling SME accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and clients, answering queries and delivering timely updates.
• Prepare, maintain, and audit client files to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports, sales pipelines, and performance dashboards.
• Liaise with internal teams such as credit and operations to facilitate transaction processing and loan disbursements.

Required profile

• No prior banking experience required; experience in customer service, sales, or other client‑facing roles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle data and documents accurately.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and able to maintain a positive attitude.
