Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our high‑volume dining venues across Singapore. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth service delivery and uphold our high standards of food, beverage, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service.
• Supervise staff, providing training, coaching, and motivation to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, guaranteeing compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control budgetary and financial aspects.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high‑volume or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced setting.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
