Assistant Security Operations Supervisor

About the role

Join a leading security provider in Singapore as an Assistant Security Operations Supervisor. You will support the development of a strong security culture, ensure compliance with global standards, and act as a key liaison between site security management and security officers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in fostering an excellent security culture and set standards for dress and conduct.
• Gather, document and report operational information from daily shifts.
• Conduct staff briefings, manage shift schedules and provide accurate updates to the Security Operations Supervisor.
• Ensure all security posts are manned according to global standards and provide relief support when needed.
• Brief the SOS on incidents, conduct post visits and engage staff per site requirements.
• Assess security staff performance against vendor and client expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between site security management and officers.
• Assist in supervising the Data Centre Security Team and support training and development of allocated staff.
• Monitor and report daily completion of assigned security activities.

Required profile

• Valid PRD License with a minimum PWM rank of Senior Security Supervisor.
• Experience monitoring and reviewing security operations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
