Assistant Social Content Creation Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Social Content Creation Manager to support the development and execution of high‑impact, platform‑native content across our global and regional social channels. You will work closely with internal creative teams and external partners to ensure the brand’s voice and visual identity are consistently delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create and oversee social‑first assets such as videos, images, reels and motion graphics that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualise and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Maintain and execute the social content calendar, syncing seasonal storytelling with product drops and campaign moments.
• Plan and launch digital and social campaigns, optimizing publishing for each platform.
• Manage influencer partnerships, overseeing organic and paid collaborations and content production.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience engagement and provide insights to senior management.
• Lead real‑time coverage of events, store activations, shows and product launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing within the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of digital trends, social media algorithms and consumer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and aesthetic judgement.
