Assistant Student Care Centre Manager

About the role

Mind Sparks, the student‑care brand of Mind Stretcher, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Student Care Centre Manager to support the growth and daily operations of its centres across Singapore. You will work closely with the Cluster Manager and teaching staff to ensure a safe, engaging, and high‑quality environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day centre operations, including staff scheduling, compliance, and facility upkeep.
• Implement and enforce operational policies, ensuring quality academic support, recreational activities, and meal services.
• Maintain regular, positive communication with parents, address inquiries, and organise engagement events and workshops.
• Recruit, train, and supervise centre staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Manage the centre’s budget, track expenses, and keep accurate records of attendance and enrolment.
• Coordinate admissions, registration, orientation for new students and collaborate with marketing to attract enrolments.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the reporting officer.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood, Diploma in Care and Programme, or a related field.
• Strong nurturing attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
