Associate, Accounting Services

About the role

Acclime, a fast‑growing pan‑Asian professional services firm, is looking for a detail‑oriented Associate in Accounting Services to work on‑site in Singapore. You will independently manage a portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high‑quality bookkeeping and accounting support while ensuring statutory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accounting and bookkeeping services, including handling bank payments and preparing sales invoices.
• Enter data into accounting software and prepare management accounts, financial statements, and GST returns.
• Manage a client portfolio independently, meeting all reporting and compliance deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal functions and offices in other countries to ensure service delivery excellence.

Required profile

• Polytechnic diploma, degree or professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and ability to apply them.
• Meticulous, organised, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical, communicative, capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Xero accounting software.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.
