Associate Architecture Design Lead

About the role

The Associate Architecture Design Lead will work with a leading award‑winning architecture and design practice on high‑profile commercial and hospitality projects. This role sits at the forefront of concept and schematic production, guiding the design team to deliver bespoke, high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the design team to produce high‑quality, bespoke projects that exceed client expectations.
• Shape project styles and oversee immaculate design presentations with a strong aesthetic vision.
• Inspire and mentor team members, manage project deadlines and ensure organized workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors, supporting new business initiatives.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations, upholding safety and excellence standards.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in architecture and design.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to articulate creativity and design implementation.
• Experience on large‑scale APAC projects (desired).
• Proficiency in 3D software; AI experience is a plus.
