Associate Banker Senior (Assistant Vice President)

Citi Private Bank serves the world's wealthiest individuals and their families, offering customized services to protect and grow their wealth. This Associate Banker Senior (Assistant Vice President) is a seasoned professional role within Private Client Coverage, supporting the Banker in client service, documentation, prospecting and compliance. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide complete service support to clients, including solving complex client inquiries
• Support the Banker day to day with documentation such as account opening and closing and loan disbursals
• Organize pre-call planning, prepare post-meeting notes and maintain client call records and reports
• Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients
• Help deepen existing client relationships through deep-dive analysis
• Assist in creating sales and marketing strategies focused on investments to generate revenue growth and acquire new clients
• Conduct new client research, generate leads, network for referrals and coordinate client events
• Provide accurate revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the Banker
• Ensure KYC/AML documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assess risk in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws and regulations, and escalate control issues transparently

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage internal and external relationships and to prioritize

Required skills

• Knowledge of investments is required
• Banking and credit products are desirable
• Good analytical, communication and diplomacy skills
• Ability to take an informal or formal leadership role within teams and to coach and train new recruits
