Associate Corporate Accounts & Projects (Kris+)

About the role

Singapore Airlines is hiring an Associate Corporate Accounts & Projects accountant for Kris+ Pte. Ltd. The role supports end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting, covering month-end close, invoice and payment processing, reconciliations, reporting to SIA, regulatory and MAS data preparation, audit support and documentation for controls and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments and supporting schedules
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting documentation
• Verify invoices and payments, run regular payment batches and follow up on outstanding items
• Prepare account reconciliations (bank, intercompany, clearing, accruals, miles) and resolve reconciling items
• Support monthly flash and actual results submitted to SIA, and compile data for quarterly and annual MAS reports
• Provide schedules and inputs for GST and corporate tax, and liaise with Tax
• Assist with variance analysis, cost tracking and meeting materials for the business unit
• Support the annual statutory audit, internal audit requests and action trackers
• Help document SOPs and control checklists, and take part in project roll-outs and ad hoc initiatives

Required profile

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Meticulous attention to detail, good analytical skills and willingness to learn
• Effective communication and teamwork, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Exposure to regulatory reporting (e.g. MAS), audit coordination or financial reporting is an advantage

Required skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred
