Associate – Distribution Compensation & Analytics (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented Associate to support the Business Development function of our client. The role focuses on sales reporting, compensation administration, business analytics, and process improvement within a one‑year contract.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regular sales performance reports, including Annual Awards, MDRT qualification, gross revenue, financing schemes, and incentive eligibility.
• Administer the annual MDRT registration and certification process and maintain financing scheme records.
• Extract, validate, and analyse sales and compensation data for recurring reporting and monitor distribution structure movements.
• Develop and enhance management dashboards, analyse KPIs, production trends, and provide actionable insights for budgeting and forecasting.
• Administer agency compensation reporting, support budgeting, payment processing, and collaborate with Finance for timely payments.
• Drive reporting automation using Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Distribution Support, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with MAS regulations and internal governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in business reporting, sales analytics, or management reporting.
• Understanding of life‑insurance distribution structures and agency compensation models.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
