Associate Engineer, Data Management (No Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Engineer in Data Management to join our team in Singapore. The role is desk‑bound, full‑time, and suitable for recent graduates with a diploma in engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the Network Inventory system.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to manage data from various sources via data integration.
• Work closely with the operations team on as‑built reports, fibre loss readings, and GPS readings submissions.
• Commission projects related to fibre cables, ducts, and manhole installations.
• Keep data up‑to‑date and aligned with the actual on‑site situation.
• Support service trail migrations during diversions and fibre cut scenarios.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Project management and communication skills.
• Team player, quick learner, goal‑oriented.
• Comfortable with office‑hour, desk‑bound work and data entry.

Required skills

• GIS (Geographic Information System) knowledge.
• Network rollout or implementation knowledge.
