Associate Engineer, Process

About the role

The Associate Engineer, Process will support the Process Engineering team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. You will be involved in setting up and qualifying process recipes, monitoring production, and ensuring smooth operation of the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineers with process recipe setup and qualification for production.
• Monitor and improve processes, troubleshoot process‑related issues.
• Perform on‑hold lot disposition and execute Special Work Requests.
• Execute OCAP, rework, and process recovery on trouble material.
• Collect engineering data and carry out other ad‑hoc activities.
• Maintain process integrity for machines and ensure good housekeeping in the production area.
• Coordinate with line operators and supervisors to meet module objectives and follow SOPs.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Preferably 2 years of process experience in Wet, PVD, Lithography or AOI.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
