Associate Frontend Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Associate Frontend Software Developer to join our development team in Singapore. The role focuses on building and maintaining user‑friendly web interfaces and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance web application screens and frontend components, improving usability and performance.
• Build responsive, reusable UI components for desktop, tablet and mobile by translating UI/UX designs into functional pages.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs, handling data presentation, validation, authentication and session management.
• Troubleshoot browser compatibility issues, layout defects and support bug‑fixing during testing, UAT and post‑deployment.
• Perform functional and basic unit testing to ensure features meet specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, designers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, version control processes and Agile ceremonies.
• Maintain technical documentation and update task progress in project tracking tools.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of frontend development experience, or fresh graduates with strong internship or project work.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.js (or similar frameworks).
• Experience with REST API integration, responsive web design and Git version control.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
