Associate, HR & Payroll

About the role

The Associate, HR & Payroll will join a dynamic outsourcing team that supports international businesses across diverse industries. This position offers the chance to deepen payroll expertise while delivering high‑quality service to a portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly, bi‑weekly and weekly payroll for all employees, including payroll reports, social security administration and statutory filings.
• Handle end‑to‑end payroll and leave processing, collating inputs from various sources and maintaining the personnel database.
• Respond to client enquiries on payroll matters via phone or email within the stipulated timeframes.
• Submit CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other tax‑related filings accurately and on time.
• Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax requirements.
• Monitor payroll checklists, update CPF trackers and prepare monthly rollover files.
• Support onboarding of new clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up and retrieve statements of account as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
• Strong command of English and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven team player with solid client‑servicing capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as MS Teams.
