Associate in Infocomm Media (AIM) Graduate Development Programme

About the role

IMDA's Associate in Infocomm Media (AIM) Graduate Development Programme is a 2-year structured programme to nurture talent passionate about the Infocomm Media field. It gives broad exposure to the digital ecosystem while deepening functional expertise and building a foundation for future media and digital careers. Associates rotate across IMDA's functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build literacy and deepen capabilities in Business-Policy-Social x Tech areas through two 1-year rotations, with portfolio involvement across 2 divisions per rotation
• Tackle challenging projects and assignments across business functions, developing leadership and technical skills
• Receive mentorship from senior leaders and join cross-division task forces and committees
• Engage with Senior Management and connect with the AIM community and an assigned AIM buddy

Required profile

• Final-year undergraduate or fresh graduate with less than 2 years of work experience
• Discipline in ICT/STEM, Business Administration/Analytics, Communications and Media, or Economics
• Passion for a career in Infocomm Media and the Public Service
• Track record in leadership positions, competition achievements, co-curricular activities, internships or community involvement
• Strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to a fast-moving environment
