Associate Manager – Client Services (Singapore)

About the role

As an Associate Engagement Manager you will manage a portfolio of large, strategic clients in the Consumer, Retail and Logistics sectors. You will work within an account team to nurture relationships, drive profitability and support growth for Infosys in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Infosys to clients and provide account context to expand service lines.
• Analyse opportunities within the portfolio and deliver insights to senior management.
• Prepare proposals and Statements of Work, coordinating with procurement, legal and delivery teams.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to determine win‑price and demonstrate business value.
• Support the Client Partner in contract negotiations and lead negotiations for proposals in your portfolio.
• Develop and maintain the Account Plan together with stakeholders.
• Follow up with clients to sign SOWs, release undisputed payments and minimise revenue leakage.
• Handle client queries and escalations related to project execution, MSAs and SOWs.
• Position Infosys as a trusted, easy partner for the client.

Required profile

• Experience managing large, strategic client portfolios in Consumer, Retail or Logistics sectors.
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive profitability and growth.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
