Associate Manager – Private Markets

About the role

SS&C GlobeOp is seeking an Associate Manager to join its Private Markets team in Singapore. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting a portfolio of alternative investment fund clients, primarily private equity funds.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to client relationship teams and deliver accurate, timely work products.
• Review transaction documentation, capital activity, investment activity, and accruals.
• Prepare and review management fee calculations and update distribution waterfall (carried interest) models.
• Review investor allocations, capital account statements, and capital call/distribution calculations.
• Prepare financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Manage the year‑end audit process in collaboration with clients and auditors.
• Handle routine client information requests and provide guidance to junior staff.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting for alternative investment funds, especially private equity.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing complex transaction documentation and financial statements.
• Proven capability to mentor junior team members.
