Associate Microsoft 365 Solution Specialist

About the role

This entry‑level position joins the Solutions & Consulting Services (SCS) team to deliver repeatable Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 configurations. Working under a Project Lead, you will build technical depth, follow defined runbooks, and progress toward independent project ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project tasks according to scope, design documentation, playbooks and runbooks.
• Provision and manage user accounts, groups and licences in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Perform device enrolment and apply basic compliance policies via Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
• Support end‑user onboarding, account setup and migration activities.
• Configure MFA, Self‑Service Password Reset and basic Conditional Access policies under guidance.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage Microsoft support tickets and provide diagnostic logs.
• Maintain thorough project documentation in SharePoint and support testing, UAT and post‑go‑live hyper‑care.
• Shadow solution design activities and assist the Project Lead as needed.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support, cloud administration or Microsoft 365/Azure deployment at L1.5–L2 level.
• Mandatory certifications: AZ‑900, AB‑900 or SC‑900.
• Hands‑on experience supporting Microsoft 365 services in a corporate environment.
• Ability to follow technical runbooks and SOPs independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a project‑driven environment.

• Microsoft Entra ID – user/group management, role assignments, licence administration.
• Microsoft 365 Admin Centre – tenant administration, service health monitoring, user provisioning.
• Exchange Online – mailbox creation, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, basic mail flow.
• Microsoft Teams – team/channel provisioning, guest access, basic policy configuration.
• SharePoint Online & OneDrive – site provisioning, permissions management, sharing settings.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager – device enrolment and basic compliance policy application.
