Associate Solution Architect (.NET & Azure)

About the role

Capgemini Singapore is looking for an experienced Associate Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale, cloud‑native solutions on the Microsoft technology stack. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and client representatives to ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable.

Key responsibilities

• Design enterprise‑grade application architectures using .NET and Azure services.
• Define solution blueprints, architecture standards and technical roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance and design assurance activities.
• Mentor development teams, promote best practices and support project planning and risk management.
• Architect micro‑services, APIs, event‑driven platforms and integration strategies.
• Drive application modernization, cloud migration and platform migration programs.
• Establish CI/CD, DevOps, testing, monitoring and observability standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture and technical leadership on Microsoft .NET and Azure.
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native design, scalability, resiliency and security principles.
• Ability to mentor teams and influence technical decisions across multiple projects.
