Assurance Transformation - Senior Associate / Assistant Manager

About the role

PwC's Assurance Transformation team drives transformation across the Singapore Assurance practice. It designs, builds and supports automation solutions and audit technologies that make engagement teams and operations more efficient while meeting governance requirements. The role sits at Senior Associate level.

Key responsibilities

• Process automation: work with client-facing and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvements and design, develop, test and support automation solutions.
• Data automation and analytics: build automated data preparation, validation, reporting and analytics solutions that give reliable insights.
• Technology enablement: partner with technology teams on software, system and infrastructure requirements for automation solutions.
• Delivery and continuous improvement: coordinate implementation, monitor outcomes, resolve issues and improve solutions based on feedback.
• Technology adoption: support assurance technology tools and help stakeholders adopt them through guidance and issue resolution.
• Compliance and governance: ensure automation and data solutions meet information security, data privacy, risk and governance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, process automation, digital transformation or a related field.
• Ability to deliver and support automation solutions end to end, from requirements gathering and development to UAT, deployment and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical matters to assurance teams, and ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams.
• Willingness to work with government clearance and availability for work visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate (desktop and cloud) and Copilot Studio.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Python and/or Alteryx for data preparation, matching and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP, and integrating existing LLM capabilities into solutions.
