Audit Associate / Senior (External) – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an Audit Associate or Audit Senior to support our client’s external audit engagements across various industries in Singapore. The role involves planning, executing and finalising audit work while ensuring compliance with professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution and completion of audit engagements.
• Perform fieldwork and substantive testing in line with auditing standards.
• Prepare clear working papers and supporting documentation.
• Draft financial statements in accordance with SFRS.
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and address audit queries.
• Participate in special projects such as due‑diligence reviews and agreed‑upon procedures.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to internal quality requirements.
• For senior candidates: supervise and review the work of junior team members.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant audit experience (2+ years considered for senior role).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
