Audit Manager / Senior Manager – Audit & General Assurance

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Manager or Senior Manager to join our Audit & General Assurance practice. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of listed companies, SMEs and multinational corporations across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering operational, financial and management reviews and providing actionable recommendations.
• Promote new business opportunities and expand existing service offerings.
• Lead audit teams within budget and time constraints while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Analyse client concerns, provide detailed analytics and resolve assurance‑related issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest accounting, finance and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Degree or professional accounting qualification recognised by ICPAS.
• 7‑10 years of strong technical experience in accounting/auditing standards, IPOs, due diligence and related advisory work.
• Experience in a large or mid‑tier international accounting firm.
• Self‑motivated, analytical with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to coach and develop audit professionals.
